The only university in the D.C. area offering Fashion Design and Merchandising programs is Marymount University which is located about 15 minutes away in Arlington, Virginia. In addition to classroom study, Marymount University's bachelor of arts programs in Fashion Design and Fashion Merchandising offer students superb career preparation through an annual fashion show, study abroad opportunity, and required internship program.
